Project Overview

The Sunset Hills City Hall remodel improved the building’s functionality and security. It was designed to provide safety by both limiting public access and providing the ability to secure the public. Our design improved ADA compliance and updated the aesthetics of project areas, including: Administration and Court Clerk offices, Public Works, Council Chambers, the lobby and public restrooms. 

LNB Studio engaged a sub-consultant cost estimator at the onset of the project to provide cost control during the design process. Implementing these measures were critical to the project’s completion within budget and on time.
