At LNB, we don’t see ourselves as cookie cutter architects or interior designers.

Instead of telling you what LNB knows and how we have approached similar projects, we evaluate your needs and goals by carefully listening to and observing you. An in-depth understanding of the layers of your culture and the specific needs of your spaces influenced by your business practice and model is needed before the function and aesthetics can be addressed. LNB doesn’t have a “one size fits all” mentality.

We tailor a program to assess your needs and aspirations, develop a detailed understanding of your culture by listening, asking insightful questions and relating your values to the experience you seek in the design. Additionally, LNB Studio investigates the usual constraints and analyzes the site, codes, budget, schedule, and input from influencers. A concept statement that resonates with you is then uniquely generated, summing up the core of the project, becoming the project guide.

LNB Studio brainstorms and organizes ideas, resources and methods to conceptualize the vision for your project, collaboratively rearranging design tools, like putting puzzle pieces together to generate an image. This nurturing continues with concept representation, diagrams and schematic designs. Input, checks and balances from various disciplines add to inform the project, keeping it on track. The puzzle pieces are then skillfully and purposefully arranged to build your vision virtually through 3D building information modeling during the design phases.

LNB Studio follows the project through the construction phase to ensure concept continuity. Throughout the process, quality control is paramount within and across disciplines including referencing back to the project guide, ensuring the vision, culture and established goals are met or exceeded.
