Project Overview

This award winning project for New Balance Athletic Shoe Company E-Commerce division expresses a visionary company with rapid growth and a prevalent culture. LNB designed an office space with a call center including creative, photography, merchandising and finance departments as well as a conference. Their new facility is a fully functioning collaborative and social spaces with amenities designed to address employee well-being standards and productive spaces to inspire creativity and better work product.

LNB conceptualized a fun, flexible, active, and dynamic atmosphere to support passionate people in creating innovative products that inspire a lifetime of motion. Space planning for movement and symbolizing athletic elements, the company history, company aspirations and access to natural daylight throughout were key design drivers. LNB purposefully designed and emphasized branding in expressing the New Balance theme, “health is related to movement” by incorporating materials representative of the company’s products.
