Monroe Station Condos is a 22-unit condominium complex on a relatively small lot in an established neighborhood of Colonial-Vernacular style single- family homes. LNB's design reduces the scale of the project to better fit the existing neighborhood by creating the illusion of two independent groups of two and a half story row houses. Below grade, there is a continuous one-way parking garage that conceals parking from view while accommodating each unit with an interior parking space. It is wood frame construction with exterior veneer brick and vinyl siding. LNB provided master planning, site planning, architecture, interior design, and landscape design services.
