LNB collaboratively provided a facility needs assessment with full planning, architecture and interior design services including cost opinion and fixtures, furniture, equipment procurement for the Kirkwood City Hall remodel to improve safety, security points, utilization, abatement of hazardous materials, code upgrades, wayfinding, and improved flexible functionality for the foreseeable future while its historical, familial heritage was maintained. Infrastructure upgrades and modifications included structure, MEPFP, sustainability efforts, acoustics, IT, security installations, audio/visual equipment.

“It is obvious to me that LNB deeply understood the challenges and goals of the Council and staff because of their added value to the process, schedule, respect for the building, and the final product. City Hall still feels like Kirkwood while the updated flow and detailed improvements make it safer and enhances both our efficiency and interactions with the public; important for any public institution.”

Paul Ward, Kirkwood Deputy Mayor and Council Member
