This project for Fox Rent-A-Car was a Tenant Fit Out inside the Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport (DFW). Fox Rent-A-Car is an international company with 20 corporate airport locations in the US, and over 80 additional affiliate and international locations across 28 countries. In addition to the main customer service area the project also included a lounge space, a conference room, offices, break room, and staff restroom. The project also included interior design services including finish selections, a finish plan and material legend. LNB Studio also provided a material sample board and a 3D color rendering of the customer service area.

The customer service area was designed to create a modern, efficient, and welcoming first impression for travelers while supporting the operational needs. The design balances functionality, durability, and brand identity within a high-volume airport environment, providing an intuitive customer experience from arrival through vehicle rental.

The space features a series of custom individual customer service stations organized along a continuous service counter, allowing multiple transactions to occur simultaneously while maintaining clear circulation throughout the lobby. The Individual transaction counters are designed to support customer interaction while incorporating technology required for rental operations. Contrasting accent panels at each station provide visual continuity and reinforce the branding strategy without overwhelming the overall space.

The completed design delivers a contemporary rental car facility that enhances the customer experience through thoughtful planning, clear wayfinding, and cohesive branding. The result is an inviting, highly functional environment that reflects the professionalism of the participating rental companies while accommodating the fast-paced nature of airport travel.
