Fieldpointe of St. Louis Luxury Apartments underwent a comprehensive interior refresh designed to elevate the resident experience through sophisticated, modern design. The project included a complete update of the Clubhouse interiors with carefully curated finishes, custom furniture pieces, bespoke area rugs, and thoughtfully selected artwork that created a cohesive and upscale aesthetic throughout the shared amenity spaces.
A model apartment was also redesigned to showcase a bright, contemporary living environment featuring modern furnishings, layered accessories, and curated art selections that appeal to today’s luxury apartment resident. The refreshed design emphasized comfort, functionality, and elevated style while creating an inviting and aspirational atmosphere.
In addition to the interior enhancements, the exterior patio spaces were revitalized with new outdoor furnishings, providing residents with updated gathering areas that seamlessly extend the property’s luxury living experience outdoors.
