The City of Brentwood desired a comprehensive enhancement of the primary areas of customer use in order to gain +/- 20 years of useful life for its city hall. LNB provided a comprehensive facility needs assessment, documenting and analyzing the building for code compliance and ADA accessibility. The project also included documenting the customer experience: the perspective of human interaction, comfort, wayfinding, circulation, safety, security, and services through the lens of the customer.

Interviews with departments, staff, security and future influencers supported Brentwood’s self-identity as the “City of Warmth” with a hospitable culture which was incorporated in all aspects of the analysis and design. MEP Assessment, hazardous materials, new fire alarm panel, civil site survey asbestos/mold lead abatement and fire sprinkler system, fixtures, furniture and equipment were addressed within the specifications and/or allotted for in the budget.

“I shared the preliminary design of the Customer Relations Experience Project with Mayor Thornton. He says, this accomplishes the vision we shared with you last year. Well done!”
